Placing Your Order
Ordering from our store is quick and simple. Just browse our products, add your favorites to your cart, and head to checkout. At checkout, you’ll be asked for your name, address, contact number, and payment details. Make sure all the information is correct so your order reaches you without any issues.
Once your order is placed, you’ll get a confirmation email or message with your order details and number. This is your proof of purchase and helps you track your order with us.
Processing and Delivery
We start preparing your order as soon as you confirm it. Most orders are packed and shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your package is shipped, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow it until it reaches your doorstep.
Delivery times depend on where you live and the courier service, but we always do our best to get your items delivered quickly and safely.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you made a mistake or want to change something in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll be happy to update or cancel it for you. However, once it’s on its way, changes may not be possible.
Returns Made Simple
We truly hope you love everything you order from us, but if something doesn’t work out, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. You can return items within 2-3 days of receiving them.
To qualify for a return:
The product should be unused and in its original packaging.
All tags, labels, or accessories should still be attached.
To start the return, just contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. They’ll guide you through the steps.
Refunds
Once we get your returned product, we’ll check its condition. If everything looks good, we’ll approve your refund. Refunds are usually processed within a few business days and sent back to the same payment method you used. Please note that delivery charges are usually non-refundable, unless the product was faulty or delivered by mistake.
Exchanges
Want to swap your product for another size, color, or style? No problem! We accept exchanges too. Just send back the original item in good condition, and once we receive it, we’ll ship out your replacement.
